My current CTC is 4Lpa , YOE is 3 years.

How do i convince HR for 12 Lpa.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Now at the end of my notice period I have decided to join company B.
Company A was very supportive during my notice period and always open to negotiation on salary and location. I'm feeling guilty not joining them 😕
