I have cleared Wipro's technical round and HR round is scheduled today. I have 4.2 years of experience in IT and I am from Power Platform Domain. My question is how much package I can expect from HR and which position(B2/B3) they will offer me with 4+ year of experience. My current CTC is 11 LPA.

So I recently graduated in the fall semester from school, and I am now trying to find a entry-level full-time position in my field. I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.
