I have given first round of Interview on 10th Sept which went fine. But as of today 30th Sept , I have not heard anything back despite sending reminder email. My status is still ‘Business Review’. Shall I wait for some more days or start looking for other opportunities ? Citi is one of my most desired companies . kindly suggest.

I have recently given interview at Microsoft.
HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

I have a job interview on Friday for a corporate law firm, that would be a safe choice if I got the job for financial reasons, but not really a role I’m interested in. However, I just submitted two applications for companies I have strong interest in. I’m nervous that if I do get an offer from the safe choice, and then end up getting an interview/offer from one of my dream companies what will I do then?

They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?
