Hi, I have one friend who recently joined Deloitte USI as Salesforce Consultant-Apex Developer with DF&O service line. After joining he got to know DF&O is mainly for support projects. But, he want to work in Development Projects.Is there any way to tranfer his service line to DC or please suggest me some way so that he can get into a Development project. Also, it's been 3 weeks he did not get in any Project.But,he got 2 calls from support projects and 1 he has declined. Can he be fired for this

I’m a 4th-year at a midsize firm doing mostly oil and gas work, but I’m looking to change practice areas so I can get away from a dying/morally problematic industry and move into EC/VC, Corporate, tech transactions, and/or privacy and cybersecurity (have CIPP/US & /E). Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
