Query 1)
Consultant specialist and senior consultant specialist both seems to have same GCB 5
Query 2) some people have designation as Assistant Vice president or Asssociate project Manager as well with GCB 5?
What is the over all hierarchy

I always ask to walk in and give her some "love" as she's constantly stressed. Today, we fought because I "bother" her too much and add to her stress. What do I do?

Typical crazy time on project. Working everyday. How are folks keeping work/life balance to make sure there is time for family and the rest of your life? Feel like projects are setup to give as few resources as possible and make us work excessive hours for small pay raises and bonuses. Don’t want to use up all my good working years.
