I got a call from a J.P. Morgan HR. She did the screening process and took my details. She mentioned that, in the meantime, she would send me the job description and forward my CV to the hiring manager for an interview.

But it’s been 3 days, and I haven’t received any email regarding the job description or the interview.

What should I do now? Should I call her back, or is the process usually this slow?

Anyone heard of ECS consulting? Are they any good as an exit op?

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.
