Hi, I received an offer from BMS with a generous sign-on bonus to compensate for the bond-breaking penalty in my current organization. I am required to stay with the company for at least 2 years for the sign-on bonus. With 3.5 years of experience as an RWE/RWD analyst, the offer seems okay in terms of compensation considering the penalty I'll incur. However, I'm primarily considering the value of having the BMS tag on my resume. Would working at BMS significantly benefit my career? TIA!

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.
