FYI
I joined in Jan mid and got laid off in May along with my tech arch and lead who joined in feb and march respectively.
They basically closed up the department laying off about 200 out of 300.
Thanks for your response.
Is Network API project part of CNS?
Also How are you handling the layoff then? Got another offer yet?
If you are joining in Ericsson means ready to screw up your career. Don't dare man. You will worry everyday. Once your work is over they firee you for 100%
33 fix +7.5 variable?
29 fixed + 2.9 variable
It’s less than what they have offered previously. Moreover mass layoffs are on for some divisions in Ericsson India so please take the call accordingly. No stability in this company.
I was talking about R&D projects only. It’s impacted on a large scale with mass layoffs. More layoffs in the pipeline.
Yes, mass layoffs are happening in Ericsson with complete teams getting wiped out. Please avoid at all cost otherwise soon you have to look out for another job like us.
Why are they hiring if they are going to layoff?
Also, why is no one raising this issue in LinkedIn?
It's a lost cause... Raising it on LinkedIn will not stop it from happening. Rather use our energy in getting to a better place.
I cant belev that ericsson can give you 33 lpa
Either you are lying or making fun here
As far i know the max they can offer you 22-24 lpa for js6 and it is maximum
No people are even getting 45 lpa fix for js6 so don’t underestimate /// .The 100 year old comp😎
In R&D they used to provide 50 at JS6 but now they have decreased it significantly I think from what I can see here.
