Hi I recently shifted to Abu Dhabi, As there were no opportunity in the sector I had experience I finally landed to a job after 4 months of struggle but on the cost of lower pay and designation.

Now I am happy working but just wanted to ask how long should i wait to ask for a position matching my profile I am a gold medalist professional with around 9 years of experience with current role as a coordinator.

I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in.
