HI, I reside in the united states and have been working here for 6 years now. I am in the change/ incident manager for a US company and looking to relocate to india . Looking at the salaries posted on this forum it seems way too low. i have a total experience of 18 years and wanted to understand how much can i quote for, if i start interviewing in India. Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. I would love to work at Microsoft. Currently hold a TS clearance, 4.5 years in project management, bachelor’s degree in Business. Applied now to hopefully have my resume in the system but would like to stay here at Booz at least until the end of Q1 of 2023. (Applied for a position but was rejected possibly due to being 4 months under the desired experience)

If there are any recommendations I can do on my end from now until then I would love to hear them!

I am currently unemployed (but looking) an opportunity to consult has potentially fallen into my lap. Before I shut it down for a lack of experience, I want to know if it's something that I can even do. It's a very very small company, not even 3 FTE. But they are looking for someone to come in, create a Handbook(I can do that), provide benefits, etc.

Is that difficult to implement? I can't imagine it being so, but I don't want to set myself up to fail.

I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I mentioned that I recorded a few true-crime shows. My colleague jokingly said, "I hope I'm not on your hit-list!". I replied, "Not anymore." HR pulled me in to say a coworker complained about me talking about hit-lists, and they were now scared. HR wouldn't say who complained, so do I have a right to ask about the resolution to this?

I have had a 60%+ increase in volume from this time last year, but we have not had a new hire in my role to assist with the influx. Additionally, others in my department are overworked and they're delegating down to me.

So not only do I gave more work than ever, I'm doing tasks outside my original role

My supervisor cant get headcount approvals. We are suffering as a department. I don't want to overrule him, but should I go to HR?I'm breaking down at this point and see evidence others are too

Scenario, interviewing a candidate that has great experience for the role however candidate has a lot of tattoos. Nothing crazy or derogatory, would you pass on him/her? Not a customer service job either. Specially manufacturing…. Have you ever passed on a candidate because of tattoos?

A coworker at non-work HH said something antisemtic to me. Do I talk to him about it or should I tell my manager and HR? I'm nervous about retaliation because I've experienced it before when reporting something to HR.
