I want go switch my career to awa devops and started training by taking courses or following like Kodekloud, techworld with nana, logicalbs (Sunil koppuravuri), mithun technologies.

But am not sure are these courses topics sufficient or need to cover any other and need help from you guys like a guidance or helping to get good hands on example to get some questions.

Please help any devops engineer desperately want to get knowledge and change my fate

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Hi, I wondering if anyone has thoughts on how I can negotiate to be put into the analyst rotation programme as a lateral hire. I have an offer for a A2 position at a elite boutique but as a lateral hire I will not be placed into their 3 year analyst rotation programme. Any recommendations on how to approach a negotiation to be part of the rotation?

I have an offer from PwC India and will likely get one from EY India also (similar ctc). At the same time, Cognizant is willing to match these offers. The only difference is I will be a consultant at Cognizant and a senior associate at PwC.
I understand wlb will be screwed at either of those big 4 and clients will be India based.
