I've been in the Legal field for about 4 years, and on litigation side for 2 years; as a discovery clerk and then assistant. I've realized this may not be my route. Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable.
