Hi! I'm a 2 year experienced video editor and my salary is 23 k and it's been 15 months with my current company. I'm about to change I have a offer of 30k and after 6months it will be 35k. It's a startup (2year old). I wanted to change my job to directly 35k. What to do? Should I take the offer and resign and meanwhile search for other jobs? Or should I reject the offer and stay in the company and look for other jobs? I was about to get a raise in the present company but it's not very good (2k).
