Hi, I’m a Data Engineer with 6.4 years experience. I have two offers:

HMH Technology — 38 LPA (Product based, Pune)
Trianz — 40 LPA + ₹1.5L joining bonus

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Trianz (sudden layoffs, job security concerns), while HMH seems more stable.

If anyone is working at either company or has honest insights, could you please share:

🔹 Which offers better career growth?
🔹 Any other advice on choosing between them?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.
