I joined a new company last month but don't like the work assigned here because it's pure java. I'm very much frustrated with this project and want to leave asap. I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

Looking for recommendations on a good book/resource on how to manage people, especially when you’re managing teams to achieve tight deadlines and also overall leadership for those teams. Currently on a project with tight regulatory deadlines and feel like I’m struggling to push people without pissing them off. Great learning curve for me and a good read seems timely. TIA!

1) Capgemini which is using the technologies which I am currently working on but in AWS. Also it provides a chance of learning DevOps as well.
2) Wells Fargo which has no scope of cloud and using the same technologies which I am currently working.
