Hi, I’m a SM at a niche firm (3,500 employees, 0.8B revenue) about to make Director this year. Current pay is $160K before taxes. Been with the firm ten years. Thoughts on pursuing something within Periscope by McKinsey? $20M revenue, 100 people.. The role would be for a BA, I just made consultant at Accenture (just under 2 YOE) and have great leadership support and network. There are a lot of variables to this decision, but if I were to get an offer is it worth it?

Any BCG fish have any insight into the Henderson Institute? Had a brief stint at a think tank and loved it. Trying to learn more about what opportunities may be out there and Henderson seems ideal

Did my decision round with BCG and came out feeling meh. The interviewers pushed me a lot (made me brainstorm on where to start until I found the right place) and didn’t really work with me through the case (just let me go on even if my I was a 0 off in my calculations).
