Hi, I'm contemplating pursuing certification in either Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP HCM. Given my extensive experience of over 7 years in HR BP roles, I'm inclined to transition into a new domain. Which certification would be more advantageous in today's market? Additionally, would solely enrolling in training for these HCM courses suffice, or are there other factors I should consider?

Hi all, I am a structural engineer looking to pivot to management consulting. I have a PhD in civil engineering and am a licensed PE. Currently I am not finding my profession fulfilling due to many barriers for progress. I have a strong statistics background and am looking to switch to a fast paced career in management consulting.
