Hi I'm currently at level 63 in Microsoft. My total stock award including everything is 10,000$ per year. I feel its very low and i had this discussion with my manager as well but he doesn't feels like that. He told me that he will talk to senior leadership and will see what can be done this time which i think is just waste of time. Apart from switching do i have any other option like if i switch team does compensation changes ?

How come in TV shows there are different salaries for different actors? And it's even worse when you bring numbers in. Per episode, there have been cases where some people make twice as much as others.
