I have 4.2 years of full stack experience in .net and angular, currently i am on notice period with 45 days remaining, holding offer of 15LPA from a startup company, Wns global is offering me 15L fix plus 3L as variable (total 18LPA), i am in the process of offer negotiation with WTW, BNP Paribas and Tech Mahindra, can anyone please suggest me how much expected salary should i propose or should get as a max from EACH.

Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join. The end result being every call has 25 people on it and nothing actually gets done because no one wants to ask a question that could come off as silly. It’s destroying my ability to get anything done during the day. It’s a complete performance and it drives me nuts.

I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)?
