On track to max out my 401k and will max my Roth IRA next month. I think I’ll have about 3k to invest by the end of this year before I can start putting contributions toward my 2022 Roth IRA. What do you guys think is the best place for that 3k? Should I max out my 401k faster? Diversify more into crypto (about 1/7 of my network)? One note is that I can’t do mega backdoor Roth.

Brand Strategy/Planning roles aren't typical in PR. So every new Account hire arrives with no experience working with a Strategist. I'm tired of explaining/showing my role adds necessary value.
