Hi, I'm trying for SDE-3 at Walmart (Walmart Global Tech India . ) I've been applying for the past 6 months. For few weeks it stays in "under review" status. But after 1-2 months the application status moves to "Not Selected". Can somebody suggest to me what I'm doing wrong with the application? Right now I'm having 8+ applications under review. But again it's been around 30 days of the application

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

Initial phase - Candidates struggling to get interview calls.

Ending phase - Companies struggling to match a higher offer.

30 days notice period can really solve everyone's struggle.

Interviewing for BCG PL role as an experienced hire. Have Bain experience post MBA for 2 years and 2 years with industry after that. Want to go back to consulting but different geography. Was told 4 interviews in total. I am now waiting for my 6th interview schedule. 5th interview was with head of region. Is this process normal ? All interviewers were with partners. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Does it work if I provide a bio with summary of M&A projects (client names removed) instead of a traditional resume? Also plan to list education and previous roles.
