Looking for an entry level non exempt positions. I've been in and out of both food service and retail for years. I know what I'm worth and I know how strong my work ethic is. Currently completing my first year as Senior in Audit and its become pretty apparent that going through the whole manager pipeline isn't really what I'd like to do. I'm two years into this job where I lateraled, and I need at least one partner to "sponsor" me to have a future with the firm. Some have mentored me here and there, but they seem uninterested in really discussing my prospects for moving up /growing. I don't know if they just lack power in firm management, or if they lack enthusiasm about me. Should I ask my top pick if he will look out for me? If I feel like I have to ask, it's a no, right?

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
