My last working day at Accenture India was 16 November 2024. As per the policy, my 18 month cooling off period ended on 16 May 2026, so I should be eligible to apply again.

However, I am still unable to submit applications on the Accenture careers portal.

Has anyone faced a similar issue after the cooling off period? If so, how was it resolved? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I had put my other offers on hold due to virtusa.

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I can't make decisions as he overrides/turns them
I have 2yrs experience & it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team

I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out. There are bugs in project but none of them are assigned to me. I had attended all the bug review meetings. Will it be a wise move to ask manager to assign me some bugs? Or should i just wait

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Yesterday only during their press meet they told that they have honored all the offer letters last quarter...and today itself you can see so many delaying and postponing of joining cases in this group only....there must be something very wrong or messed up.

when enquired over call they said you have cleared the first round..HR wil call back for the next step

It's been more than 15 days
Any idea when I might get a call ? Or should I start checking other opportunities ?
