Hi My situation, i have joined wipro 9 months back in October , and they gave 1 lakh joining bonus to me . So if i resign without completion of 1 year , i have to make them return the joining bonus.
Publicis Sapient giving an offer of 16 LPA to me to join.
So, if i resign from wipro i have to give their 1 lakh bonus back.
wipro - 3 month notice period.
What should i do?
is there any way to handle that not giving joining bonus to wipro?

I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?
