I have two offer one is from Cognizant (25 LPA Fixed + 1 Lac Joining Bonus) as a Sr. Associate Project.
Other one is from R System International ( 27.5 LPA Fixed + 1.5 Lac Joining Bonus) as a Project Lead
So please suggest which one is good to go ?
