Gay man who works in a large org that is big on diversity and inclusion efforts. I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. I list mine because I see it as a way to show support for colleagues who may not be cisgender. If anyone else works in the same type of environment, do you infer anything about colleagues who choose not to list their gender pronouns? (such as they are homo/trans phobic?)

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. And no talks of a promotion / raise..

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

AWS has prestige but is it worth it?

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. Now in fnf statement they are recovering the actual amount given to me. Can i claim in ITR the TDS deducted in sept. HCL Technologies

I got call from HR of one of Big 4 firm.
She had such an irritating tone for a HR. When I told my expected CTC, she went on to persuade me to quote lower number since they don't have budget. I even came down to a point since I wanted to get Big 4 Opportunity. She kept on saying a number which was not even 15% of my current package. Finally, she said she's not going to process the profile with an almighty attitude.

Such an arrogant tone from Big 4 HR. I wonder this MNCs have idiots as HRs

I'm currently serving my notice period and I've served 1 out of 3 months, 2 still remaining, and I've got an offer which says that I can join the company for part time till I'm serving my notice period and as soon as the notice period ends I can join them full time.

I just wanted to know how safe this would be?
