I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Delloiet is good option here as Equifax is setting up new office and process in Pune so it will take time Equifax to stable with good policies and all. delloiet is well established and good brand name if you early tagged with good brand it will help more in Future.
Also Delloiet is giving higher side packages than Equifax so you must join Delloiet
Agreed. But the plus side to this is that there would be a lot less rat race in Equifax. Also, as more people will start joining Equifax, I would be a senior member.

See the thing I got to know is that in Deloitte the wlb is worst. And moreover all Big 4 are hiring like crazy and will soon loose there charm as they are slowly becoming like traditional service based organisation.
It depend on project to project, in IT Industry 90% people are not happy with their project so if you think like that then you will never move ahead, accept the challenges to get experienced and move ahead. No one will give you garuenntee about ur future work life balance. As of now you are getting decent financial hike so grab it with Brand name
Delloiet has already brand value However Equifax has to crest brand value in IT sector, as it is first center started in India so Equifax and its brand value in IT domain is evolving.
