Hi Pre-K friends! Do you ever feel like you are under paid, over worked, and not making much of a difference because you aren’t given the time to try? 2.5 years, 3 schools, always the same results.

Any good book recommendations? Would prefer if applicable to the business or self development. But doesn’t have to be.

Older attorneys keep trying to force dictation on me. I’m a newer lawyer and have trouble verbalizing my motions and legal writing for complex issues I am just beginning to understand. I don’t see how constantly waiting for my secretary to get me drafts of my dictated material is going to make me more efficient. Is it unreasonable for me not to want to dictate? It seems really outdated and when I write things myself they are 10x more coherent and take about the same amount of time.

It often feels like I'm dragged into meetings which don't require me to participate. Will it look bad if I just skip them?

Guys if you are using apps such as Grindr and Scruff, please be careful. One guy that I was chatting with on Scruff in Pittsburgh found my Facebook account and since my profile was public, he found information of my family members and threatened to send pictures, chat history to my family members. Lesson learnt - make your social media accounts secure (don’t make your Facebook profile profile). He has blocked me since then, so I couldn’t report his profile

Looking for ideas for end of year student gifts. I have three 3-yr old’s that have been remote all year and I’d love to do something special for them this year.

My school is on 4-day weeks which makes our days a bit longer. This has caused me to keep nap/rest time year round. Do you take naps and if so, what are your routines?
