Hi Team, I have joined GlobalLogic last week only and have been asked to join one client from cyber security domain but after joining got to know that client is chaning few things is team and because of that only they are also not sure if I will be assigned to that project or not. ( discussion still in progress with client )
What should I do ? Do they have enough project to accomodate me in different project ?
I also have offer from cognizant.

Hi fish what your thoughts on ascend program which is happening in globallogic for 2.9 year experience, for me they are offering package of 7.3 lpa this is going to be the my first switch as per my current package they have given almost 70% hike also I also asked for same. When I see people of my experience getting 12-15 LPA It seems I have to consider other options also I am serving notice period. Please suggest. GlobalLogic

I would not recommend GL Noida at least to anyone, to be honest. I have resigned after working here for 5+ years now in engineering and architecture and am aware of each and evry SVP and CXXs manipulation strategy.
Note: They almost pay higher than the market rate because they know people would not join getting feedback about their not so good culture.
Take a wise call before joining.
See the project is good, has a lot of opportunities and exciting stuff they are doing but has high load as well. You get to learn and work with some good minds with a bit of sacrifice.
There are onsite opportunities as well that pop up time to time. So, you may plan to go there.
Lies Bunch of lie worst project
Worst management chutiya hai upar everyone knows that starts with M.
But not sure if you are coming in from other places into GL, if so weigh other offers before accepting GL. Don't get wooed by the brands or the project, it is GL afterall. You will be stuck in the wormhole they call manipulative appraisals and promotions and constant lolipop for onsite opportunities.
If moving to the project from within GL, then it is still fine but otherwise think twice before joining GL.
