Go for Amazon. With the brand name you can post anything in LinkedIn and start a YouTube channel too . If the culture is not good you can switch to other FAANG companies.

Try to negotiate with Ammex which they usually won't to compensate on RSU's part
Amazon is paying way less for your experience. What is the position they are offering? Renegotiate with Amazon if possible and get in Amazon. At this early point in your career, don't think much on work life balance, think on building your brand first and Amazon will surely help you in doing that.

I have seen Amazon pays 50LPA to 1 cr for SDE? So is it fake? Because you are also from technology right? Am I missing something?
Sde-2 , Applied scientist -2 and Solutions Architect are having that pay range (50lps ) and it's true

Amazon is choice in case looking for money but wlb . In case of Amex I could infer wlf being good.
As for my opinion go earn high, work hard and save maximum. Down the line job will be luxury instead of necessity. So slog now and save huge to enjoy later when you will have option to dictate terms.
