PowerSchool Group LLC Hi Sharks, I joined PowerSchool Group LL on 9th May.They offered me 20 lac out of which 17.75 is fixed and 1.75 is variable. Today I received another offer from Aptiv of 24 fixed and no variable bonus. The problem is the 1st company has already extended my joining date from april to May. They have waited one more month for me. I don't know how to approach them and tell them about this new offer. I really want to join Aptiv. What Should I do in this situation. Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev. I’ve always been interested in doing investing. All things being equal, is there better upside to take the fam office to do PE (at a pay cut for now), or go do another corp dev job? 6-7 YOE

My firm does upward feedback and I asked about 10 of my team to participate so that I could be a better supervisor for them. My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).

I work at a small firm with not that many workable templates so I usually have to do everything from scratch like drafting motions, pleadings, and researching all potential counts every time. Do bigger firms have better and more templates that allow you to have to do less research?
