Relevant YOE - 6+ yrs.
Total YOE 10+

Is it really worth to join one of the Big 4 coz I'm listening very bad reviews about big 4s regarding WLB and deadlines-work pressure.

I'm also holding offer from TechM.
Not much difference in terms compensation.

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
