Anyone familiar with working for Kiavi/LendingHome? My experience is in private equity and structured products, I’ve been wanting to leave that and enter real estate for a while. They’re a self-proclaimed FinTech organization and I’m not at all familiar with that kind of structure for a company.

Almost 32 years old and feeling stuck. Been in advertising at creative agencies my entire career and wanting to make the pivot to client side marketing but am feeling very under skilled in certain aspects - project management, account management, digital marketing/CRM, data science. I’ve been having a bit of trouble working with one partner at a new firm. Need suggestion. Got an offer with a product company A through referrel with just 70% hike. They initially told me to not look for any offer as it is a referral.

Now, I got another offer with around 150% in another product company B. Joining date in both are by next week. How to politely reject the offer from Company A ( they won't match the new offer). I am afraid if there is any consequences.

Very very poor hikes, even worse than service companies. For ppl who joined in November or later, , they have defaulted hikes to bare minimum.

Extremely disappointed.

RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
