Hi team - deciding between a few full time offers in NYC. I have 2 YOE in in-house recruiting and internal Corp strategy and finishing up my grad degree in analytics next May 2022, so I may try to negotiate, leaning between EY and WM. I know some firms are strict on campus hire negoti but I think I have a strong case and doesn’t hurt to try.

EY PAS - 85k base & 3k bonus
West Monroe human cap - 86k & 5k
Huron higher Ed - 80k & 5k
had a 4th offer for a firm in DC but declined, it was 82k and 5k

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
