Got the offer from pwc india for around 19LPA fixed + 10 variable. My current fixed is 16.5 & including variable it is 17.5LPA

Is ot worth joining PwC India with this set of salary? When i asked the HR she told this is the last which we can offer you.

My PF is the min 1800/month. What difference would it make if I make PF to 12% of basic vs adding a VPF of 12%of basic.I do know that PF% increase will effectively raise my epfo contri to total of 24%(12%employer+12%employee). But are there any other factors that I need to be aware of?

I joined @MINDTREE in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX. Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis." Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ? How can i recover that 10k every month?

Question : Recently joined an MNC with 20LPA salary in BLR (nov 21 Similar domain).
Recieved an offer from a small company (150 employees - Services domain) which is in my native state (infopark kochi). Tey offer 21 LPA as Prod Owner.
Note: Relocation and cost of living in Blr are high but organization is established. Also wl ask to return to office shortly.
Need I switch again or not. Please share your thoughts thank you.
