How's the Grand Thornton Bharat org/, I have rcvd the offer for 27.5 % hike after negotiating directly from interviewer, HR was giving only 15-20% not more than that, on my current FIXED CTC 8 LPA,( in hand RS 60000) so now it becomes 10.2 LPA and Gross Rs 85000 and RS 76000 ( in hand)

Please let me know is this good offer for my based on market standard, how should I negotiate. I am 3.8 yrs experienced information security GRC professional. this profile name is GRC Assistant.
