I recently joined a new organization as a Software Engineer. However, the role currently involves only support work and client interaction. I have been here for one month, and I am worried about my future because it seems to be purely a support role.
I have 3 years of experience in .NET and .NET Core, and I am concerned about my career growth. Should I leave immediately, or should I continue in this role for some time? I feel confused about what to do. Could someone please guide me?

What’s the deal with these start-ups not hiring people with actual insurance experience?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
