Right now I have 2 offer 1 is from Citi and other is from Mastercard and you can assume both are paying same, now in Citi I am tagged to project as well and got the project manager details too whereas in Mastercard They said it is polled hiring.
Mastercard Role: Senior Software Engineer
Citi Role: C11
YOE: 6+
Which one I should choose now.
Need genuine help if someone from Mastercard and Citi can help on this.

I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).
