Hi, when applying for a job on an agency website, is the resume being read by a person or probably a program?

I seem to be getting declined very fast.for a.lot.of jobs, and about a zero percent success rate when applying through websites.

Maybe there are resume tricks?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this?
