Will there be any client round to join in project after onboarding to Cognizant. In a screening process before offer letter release, I have completed client round and got cleared. Will I be directly onboarded into project after joining on joining date.
Please provide your experiences if any one joined recently. I’m worried as I have another offer with Infy.
Kindly suggest which one would be better to choose in terms of projects.

I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately. I have recently joined an organization as a backend developer but after joining they are putting me in a fullstack role because I had some experience with React.
I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).

What should I do in this position? Is fullstack a good option.
