Hi folks, I have 6.5yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices. Does anyone have any idea about Optum Global Solutions, Hyderabad. I was told that the Project which I will be assigned to is an IVR application responsible for middleware services and the shift will be from 2 pm-12 am. Any idea which project is it going to be and how is the work going to be? Do they expect us to extend beyond 12 am on a regular basis?

Hello fishes, need some guidance on the following questions - How is cognizant doing currently? Is it safe to join cognizant? How about the attrition rate, any improvement? How about job security? I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

Definitely go with Siemens. I worked for both.
As contract (vendor) in Siemens DISW and now in Citi as AVP.
Siemens' work and stability is far better than Citi.
Definitely Citi will give 4 5 lacs more + yearly bonus and average increment + free transport service.
But in terms of WLB and Job security Siemens should be the best option in my opinion.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm thinking the same as well because I have concerns about job security at Citi.

I worked at both companies on the direct payroll. Siemens offers better work-life balance and stability.
Join citi bcz money is everything
Stability is much better in Siemens but low appraisals, old tech work.
Out of these Siemens is good choice if domain is not a concern else Citi.
