OEM # referred by Ex-Boss who has been ALWAYS helpful. OEM provides stability, but structure is rigid with OK CTC (lets say X per annum). Exposure shall be more here.
Service company in same industry - referred by ex-colleague, who is also helpful. They pay X + ~8L . But typical service industry. Exposure shall be limited, as compared to projects I have managed.
