What are some good ways to get into management?
I am an individual contributor with ~8 years of experience and a strong track record. I enjoy my work, but am getting a little burnt out being directly customer facing. I also want a bigger seat at the table. I am not the most natural people manager, but want to push myself and take on a new challenge.
What can I do to position myself for this?

I have 2 years as an L4 SA in AWS (TC £60k)
Currently have an amazing WLB and coasting 2bh
Thinking of moving to Google to be a Customer Engineer
