Hopefully this helps someone: I switched fertility companies from Shady Grove (doctor at this location basically said there was no hope for me, my eggs are old and I would have the same results regardless of where I went) to RBA and have had conversations with new doctor that recommended coq10 at 600 mg a day in our initial conversation (shady Grove had me doing 150mg per day of coq10). For the next 90 days I did 600mg of coq10 and 200mg of R Alpha Lipoic Acid and now I'm pregnant naturally 😂.

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. Experience/success/insights with an “endometrial scratch” before first FET?

Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer. The reason I’m not getting off of birth control now is because it manages my pain.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?
