I'll say it. It's shit. Lost my history (which was already terrible at tracking anything) and now it wants more details and to rate my fishbowl value. I use your app. I'm a client. That's my value.

Weighing staying in consulting vs shifting over to FAANG. I’m an SM, solid network, and see a viable path to partner over the next ~6-8 years. Current TC around ~225. Got an offer at AWS @ 350 TC L6 in their proserv group. High growth team and seems like a great opp that I would enjoy. I could envision being a partner but recognize it’s a slog to get there and not guaranteed. The extra pay over the next four years would also be a game changer financially. Which option would you choose and why?
