How accurate are salaries on Glassdoor in your opinion ? I am Finance IT consultant and looking to change to consulting at B4.

I am currently making 250k a year as an independent consultant - but seems I would have to go to a salary in a range of 160k at B4.

6.8 yrs experience in Automation Testing and currently in Test Lead position. Getting hired for Implementation Analyst/Manager considering my previous responsibilities held and aspirations. As said earlier my current total CTC is 15.5. How much can I expect? Also do HCL provide joining bonus?

I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? Do I have a leg to stand on if I even try negotiating at the point? I have til Friday to fully accept. I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
