I keep getting ads for my old role at a start-up that was extremely toxic with a vitriolic boss, but how can I give a “STAY AWAY!” without her to pursue legal action against me? (She name called me on the phone so no proof). I just don’t want other people to suffer like I did.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%.
