How are Abingworth and Patient Square Capital viewed within Healthcare and LS PE?

I am a consultant and have two exit opportunities in healthcare. They are totally different. Offer 1 is with a late stage startup. Thinking it would be a good pivot and entry point into Health tech. Offer 2 is with a health system doing strategy/ops. It pays more than offer 1 and probably has more stability. Both pay more than my current salary overall so I’m a winner with whatever I take. My struggle is how do I decide! Help!

Advice needed: looking to leave public accounting and tax for good. I have two offers between a financial analyst and an accountant role. I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. It is an important trait to have in this job and I just don't know how to do this. It makes me very upset - I even sought therapy but wasn't useful. I can't spend 14 hours each day feeling like this:(

Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.
