How are appraisals and bonus for AVP level at Barclays?

I received an offer for $74k as underwriting analyst. Company is based out of DC. Is $74k a good offer? Or should I negotiate for more. 6 years in the industry. 5 as an account manager/underwriting assistant

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Its a VC funded startup & aggressively growing. I’ve never worked for a start up, so curious what everyone’s experiences are and any feedback would be super appreciated thank you!!

Is Tcs onboarding started in person? My onboarding manager asked me to report to noida for onboarding ,whereas I have asked for gurgaon location and work location on Ibegin also shows Gurgaon. Did she asked for Noida just for onboarding process or the work location will also change to Noida ?

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. The severance package at Meta for laid off employees almost makes it nice to be laid off depending on what your personal situation is….. personally wouldn’t mind getting 4+ months of full pay to reset and think about what’s next 😬
