How are folks qualifying mid-career candidates for early team members at a pre-funded startup? 2nd part, is anyone else finding applicants ghosting their follow-ups and attempts to schedule calls? I've had say 100 candidates apply and only have 3-5 active conversations with people who engage in email and calls. What sort of crazy world do we live in where so many are unemployed and people don't even respond to emails about positions THEY applied to?!

LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies. If I even “like” a post then I worry that my peers and managers see what I like and suddenly I need inclusivity training. What a load of shit! You can’t be who you truly are on that app. Which is why I like fishbowl so much, the anonymity is a game changer. If LinkedIn was a anonymous, we’d see a lot more support for Kanye and a lot less LGBQT material. Bet!
